Description/Job Summary

Position is responsible for selling and marketing gas and process products (as per the divisional product portfolio)

Responsibilities/Duties

  • Sale of Atlas Copco Gas and process products
  • Increase Market Share and Customer Share
  • Develop business plan to further develop the territory for new customers and applications
  • Develop rapport with key customers and continuously manage existing customers
  • Develop technical competence to prepare budget quotes with support of marketing and application engineering
  • Use and Maintain Customer Relations Management portal
  • Technical and Commercial negotiations
  • Control expenses while maximizing the sales effort
  • Participate in trade shows as required
  • To comply with Safety Rules, Regulations and OSHA Requirements

Required Qualifications

  • BS in Mechanical Engineering or Equivalent
  • Minimum of 7-10 years work experience in sales/marketing of Turbo Machinery in Gas and Process market
  • Self-Initiator and willing to do Cold Calling
  • Well Organized and ability to manage multiple customer and projects
  • Good understanding of Hydorcarbon (Upstream, Midstream, Downstream, Chem/Petrochem, Fertilizer), Air Separation and Renewable Energy Compressor / Expander applications
  • Ability to develop and work with Agents / representatives
  • Well conversant with Challenger Sales approach
